Q: What is the size allowance for a pallet?
A: Our allowance for a pallet space is 1.2 metres in length and width to a maximum height of 1.5 metres.
Q: What about weight?
A: Each pallet space is limited to a maximum weight of 1000kgs. For weights
in excess of 1,000kgs please contact us for more information.
Q: Do I need a forklift?
A: Yes. You are required to provide forklifts for both loading and unloading. The driver will not operate the forklift or hand-unload pallets.
Q: What sort of access do you require?
A: Both pickup and delivery addresses must be accessible by semi trailer.
If this is not possible, you may need to employ the services of a courier to transport
the item/s to one of our contractor's depots. Please provide such details on our

Q: Do you use your own trucks?
A: No. PalletXpress sources best-practice transport providers, ensuring your general freight is received in the best possible time, by the most direct route, at a price that suits your budget.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (surcharge applies) and EFT transfer. Please note, payment must be received prior to the pickup of your general freight consignment.
Q: Can charges be invoiced to a company account?
A: No. All charges must be paid prior to pickup.
Q: Can I pay the driver on pickup or delivery?
A: No. Our drivers do not handle payments, therefore all monies must be received prior to pickup.
Q: Do you guarantee delivery times?
A: No. PalletXpress adheres strictly to workplace safety requirements,
therefore the safety and wellbeing of its contractors is paramount. Whilst PalletXpress
endeavours to deliver all consignments within estimated times, we cannot be held
responsible for delays in transit where such delivery would put drivers' safety

Q: Do you provide proof of delivery?
A: General freight items moved by PalletXpress will be deemed to have been
delivered upon signing of the driver's delivery docket. If you require a copy
